Netflix, YouTube, Amazon form D.C. streaming lobby group

Netflix and YouTube are teaming up with Amazon in Washington, founding a new lobbying group called the Streaming Access and Choice Alliance. TechNet leads the effort, representing Big Tech companies on programming investment issues.
